Seasonal Permit $120.00

Daily Permit
One day $35.00

Fees shown include quagga prevention program surcharge.
The amount of a single daily permit may be applied towards the purchase of a seasonal permit.
Non-Registered Vessels
Non-motorized boats and sailboats 8 feet or less in length. Kayaks, canoes, sailboards, stand-up paddle-boards, fishing float-tubes.

Boat Permit Required for All Boats on Big Bear Lake
Permit must be displayed on boat and is non-transferable.
All boats must have current state registration.
Permits are available at most marinas, the MWD office, and public launch ramps
Boat Permits may be revoked for violation of any law.
All boats must be inspected prior to entry into Big Bear Lake.
A Penalty of $10 will be charged for the purchase of a Lake Permit
from a Lake Patrol Officer while on the water.
