This small lakefront RV Park has a quiet atmosphere and is conveniently located within walking distance of the village which has numerous shops, restaurants, and a movie theater (3 screens). The park is also adjacent to a full service marina (Big Bear Marina).

Utility Fee - $5.25 per day

  1. ✴Check in 3 PM - Check out 1 PM

  2. ✴Guests must register on date of arrival for anticipated length of stay

  3. ✴Additional days must be paid for by 10 AM

  4. ✴Two night minimum stay on weekends

  5. ✴Three night minimum stay on holiday weekends

  6. ✴Maximum one RV and one vehicle with eight people per site

  7. ✴Please notify office if you intend to leave your site for more than 24 hours

  8. ✴Speed limit is 5 mph

  9. ✴Quiet hours 11 PM - 8 AM

  10. ✴Generator operation is limited to 30 minutes at a time

  11. ✴BBQ's are allowed

  12. ✴Campfires are prohibited

  13. ✴All pets must be kept on a leash which restricts them to the RV site boundaries

  14. ✴Pet clean-up is mandatory

  15. ✴Please do not disturb the native vegetation

  16. ✴No washing of vehicles or any unnecessary use of water

  17. ✴No wastewater or grey water shall be dumped on the ground

  18. ✴Motorcycles allowed for ingress and egress only

  19. ✴No permanent fixtures such as wood or metal canopies, sheds, etc. allowed

  20. ✴A single two-man tent may accompany an RV

The Park has a total of 25 RV sites.  21 sites have full hookups, including TV cable, with limited sites accommodating up to a 40' RV.  The remaining 4 sites have no hookups; a separate station is available to access water and dump utility. Bathrooms with hot showers are readily available.

  1. *Confirmation of a reservation requires a deposit paid by credit card. 

  2. *There is a required two night minimum stay on weekends, and a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends.


CANCELLATION / DATE CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations must be made no later than one month prior to arrival date for full refund of deposit.

Long term reservations are subject to a $25.00 reservation date change fee
